About The Collaborative

The HOPE Collaborative serves as Riverside County’s designated Child Abuse Prevention Council (CAPC). Led by FSA, we work with a 17-member Board of Directors and a network of community partners, professionals, parents, and volunteers to protect children and strengthen families.

We focus on prevention, collaboration, and advocacy to educate, connect, and empower communities. Through monthly meetings in seven locations across the county, HOPE addresses local needs and builds safer, stronger communities for children and families.

Child Abuse In our Region

Child abuse and neglect affect thousands of children in Inland Empire each year. Through coordinated prevention, education, and intervention efforts, the HOPE Collaborative works to ensure every child has the chance to grow up safe, healthy, and supported.
