I have been the President and CEO of Family Service Association for the past 25 years and I continue to be amazed by the growth of our organization with staffing of over 500 employees and 500 volunteers and a client base that annually reaching over 50,000 family members in need throughout Riverside and San Bernardino Counties.

We would be hard pressed to serve our community family without the dedication and support of our incredible board members, employees and volunteers. We are truly blessed to have such a gifted group of individuals whose passion for serving is immeasurable.

Here at FSA we work co-operatively together, bringing our special passion, skills and commitment, with the knowledge that each person plays an invaluable role in their family. Each employee contributes with a unique sense of pride, knowing that every task has a great impact on the people we serve. When you ask a Family Service employee or volunteer how they feel about the work they do here, they say that the reward is in the giving. Their enthusiasm and positive feedback is an example of the ownership they take and the time and energy they are willing to contribute. They know they are empowering people to stand on their own and are helping to make a difference in the lives of individuals, families, and society as a whole.

At Family Service we work to serve one purpose, to provide a diversity of high quality human services to residents of all ages, cultures, denominations and socio-economic status, while advocating on behalf of those we serve. Each team member works tirelessly to fulfill our vision that we make a difference in the world by strengthening families and individuals, creating strong and vibrant communities. I am grateful to be in a position of service and proud to be a part of such a worthy cause!
