Board of Directors
Family Service Association is governed by a voluntary Board of Directors and managed by the President/CEO. Dom Betro has served as the President/CEO since 1985.
The Board is led by the Executive Committee, which is formed by the Board Chair, Secretary, Treasurer and two Vice Chairs. The President/CEO participates in all Board meetings, but has no vote. The Board of Directors governs Family Service under its Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws.
